The transfer is carried out in a private minivan with pickup at the hotel in the center of Granada confirmed in the reservation. The vehicle has a capacity for a maximum of 7 passengers. The service includes round trip to the Alhambra complex. Entrance tickets to the monument are not included and must be purchased separately in advance, as the Alhambra has limited capacity and tickets often sell out weeks before the visit.

• Nature of the service: The customer acknowledges that this reservation constitutes a management order for the acquisition of nominative tickets before the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife. Since the service begins immediately after payment and is linked to a specific date and time for a recreational activity, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply, in accordance with Art. 103, paragraphs a) and l) of the TRLCU.
• Schedule management: THE COMPANY reserves the right, depending on the actual availability of tickets issued by the Monument, to adjust the schedule of the visit (guided or self-guided). An adjustment of up to [6] hours from the initially requested schedule will be considered an acceptable adjustment. If the necessary adjustment exceeds this margin, the customer may choose to accept the new schedule or request the termination of the contract with a full refund. By making this management order, the customer expressly accepts this schedule flexibility linked to official availability.
