Excursion to the Alhambra from Motril with Generalife Gardens and Alcazaba

1. Nature of the service: The customer acknowledges that this booking constitutes a management order for the acquisition of named tickets from the Patronage of the Alhambra and Generalife. Since the service begins immediately after payment and is linked to a specific date and time for a recreational activity, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply, in accordance with Art. 103, paragraphs a) and l) of the TRLCU.
2. Schedule management: THE COMPANY reserves the right, based on the actual availability of tickets issued by the Monument, to adjust the schedule of the visit (guided or self-guided). An acceptable adjustment will be considered a margin of up to [6] hours from the initially requested schedule. If the necessary adjustment exceeds this margin, the customer may choose to accept the new schedule or request the termination of the contract with a full refund. By making this management order, the customer expressly accepts this schedule flexibility linked to official availability.
