6. Minimum participants: The excursion will not take place if the minimum of three participants is not reached.

Since the service begins immediately after payment and is linked to a specific date and time for a recreational activity, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply, in accordance with Art. 103, paragraphs a) and l) of the TRLCU.
